What we offer…
At Dancer’s Edge we take pride in offering:
We strive to enrich the lives of all children. We encourage them to step out of their comfort zone and experience what the joy of Dance and Acro can bring to their lives. It’s important for them to learn proper etiquette when in a public setting, or classroom environment. By teaching them the values of team work, self discipline, and motivation, we achieve this.
About the studio and staff...
Dancer's Edge was first started in August of 2002. With the studio
located in the heart of Martinsville, it makes access easy to all
events. Classes are taught by Miss Sarah, with class assistants that
range in age from 13-17.

Sarah competed at the ages of 13-18 . Over the years she has competed in many local and national contests, taking the routines with her partner, to the national level for 3 years in a row.
In 1996, she began her teaching career at Patricia's School of Dance, in Martinsville. In May of 2000, Sarah completed the course in: The Study of Dance and received her Certificate. She continued with Patricia's until 2002 at which time Dancer’s Edge was created.
Here is a list of some of the workshops Sarah has attended.
Dance & Acro are art forms that require constant learning; even for the teacher.
